Personal data
Data controller: the Romarin association — Les Amis de Suzanne Renaud et Bohuslav Reynek. Contact: romarin@renaud-reynek.com.
The site only collects personal data that you choose to give it: your name, email address and message when you write through the contact form; your name, addresses and email when you order a book or join the association. They are used solely to reply to you and to process your order or membership. They are never sold, rented or passed on.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. NETYGO, which built it, delivers the messages sent through the form (stored in the European Union, sent via Resend); the form is protected from automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. Payments are handled by Stripe: the association never has access to your card numbers. Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
The technical copy of form messages is deleted after twelve months, and visit statistics after twenty-five months. Accounting records of orders are kept for ten years, as required by law.
Audience measurement
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Visits are measured without cookies by Umami, an open-source tool that NETYGO hosts on its servers in Germany, and by Cloudflare Web Analytics: pages viewed, referrer, country or city, type of device, loading speed, and a few actions such as sending the form or opening a document. Your IP address is not kept, no identifier is stored on your device, and this data is neither combined with that of other sites nor used for advertising.
You can choose not to have your visits counted. This choice applies to the browser you are using.
Your rights
You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing by writing to romarin@renaud-reynek.com. If you disagree with how it is handled, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
