L’image dans l’œuvre poétique et graphique de Bohuslav Reynek [The Image in the Poetic and Graphic Work] was published for the Bohuslav Reynek exhibition at the Musée de Grenoble (Tour de l’Isle, 30/11/1997-26/1/1998) and a day of meetings at the museum on 17 January 1998. The booklet brings together texts written by writers and critics from two countries, France and the Czech Republic, who enlighten French readers on the work of a Czech creator recognized in his country as one of the twentieth century’s leading artists and poets. Poems by Reynek translated into French for the first time and twenty reproductions of his drawings and engravings demonstrating his development appear with the author’s texts.
